European Management Assistants (EUMA) is a long established not-for-profit member-led professional network of senior professional Personal Assistants and administrative support staff. Founded in 1974, EUMA is committed to supporting members develop senior-level skills and competencies as well as promoting the contribution and importance that PAs and support staff make to business.
The EUMA network aims to provide quality, constructive, interactive, relevant and inspiring networking opportunities which will give members the information and skills they need to cope with the challenges you face in the ever changing landscape of professional administrative practice.

Through us, members make an important contribution to educational and professional development programmes, thereby enhancing the professional status of PAs and support staff. EUMA is actively involved in research and development and is currently developing a new European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) qualification for Management Assistants.
EUMA is currently represented in 25 countries. This pan-European dimension provides a unique platform to access networking, training and personal development opportunities that encompass a vast range of business cultures, languages and lifestyles.
